About
My yoga journey started nearly two decades ago. Looking for a way to balance an intense cardio routine, I was initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits—building strength, improving flexibility, and finding balance. Then I discovered Vinyasa, and something clicked. The sense of calm and clarity I felt after each class kept me coming back.
Yoga quickly became more than just a workout. I started to notice how the lessons I learned on the mat—patience, focus, and resilience—translated into everyday life.
This personal experience has led me to complete over 330 hours of teacher training - starting with 250-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training with Spiralling Crow in 2020. I remain committed to continuously developing my practice and teaching skills.

Why vinayasa?
What I love most about Vinyasa is how it encourages us to embrace the process rather than just the end goal. Those moments when you're fully in the flow—when everything else fades away and you're completely present—are what make this practice so special
Teaching philosopy
I believe in the power of positive energy and mindfulness, and these values are at the heart of my teaching style.
My classes go beyond just the physical postures; they're about creating a space where you can cultivate awareness, build confidence, and connect with yourself and others.
Each session blends flowing movement with breath awareness, building strength and flexibility while helping you develop useful mindfulness skills that extend beyond class. It's okay to wobble, fall out of poses, and learn together—yoga is about the journey, not just the destination.
Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you'll find a welcoming and supportive environment where you can explore and grow at your own pace.
So, roll out your mat, take a deep breath, and let's flow together.

"Be softer with you.
You are a breathing thing.
A memory to someone.
A home to a life."
Nayyirah Waheed
